unreliable service.

I ordered a Abaya and after three weeks I received my Abays but unfortunately It was small. After contacting Dar Noqoosh they happily offered to exchange it with a larger size ( M) after picking and returning the Abaya and the matching dress It too a full month to receive the new Abaya however it came with the wrong color (black instead of maroon ). Contacting again Noqoosh they were happy to return and exchange. I put the wrong abaya back in the box but until today they did not collect or replace. I have received the first Abaya on Feb 14, 2024. Today is March 31. The abaya is velvet so I missed wearing it this season. I hope to get a replacement before Eid but I am not hopeful.
